THE OBVIOUS DIFFERENCE IS THAT THE 4887A USES DIFFERENT HF DRIVERS (2408H, THE 4887 USES 2407H). THERE MAY BE SOME OTHER DIFFERENCES, PERHAPS HOW THE LF IS PORTED/LOADED OR HOW THE RADIATION BOUNDARY INTEGRATORS WORK WITH THE MID DRIVERS. I SAY THAT BECAUSE THERE ARE AUDIBLE DIFFERENCES IN THE LF/MF WHEN USING THE "OTHER" MODEL'S PROCESSING.
THAT SAID, I'VE HAD GOOD RESULTS USING THE SUB PROCESSING IN THE 4887A FILES WITH 4887.
