I DO NOT REMEMBER EVER HAVING ANY ISSUES WITH THESE, BUT THE ONLY PERSON THAT WORKS ON MY CREST AMPLIFIERS IS A FACTORY AUTHORIZED SERVICE CENTER. THEY HAVE AVERAGE SCRATCHES, BUT NO DENTS OR ISSUES.
