FEATURES: 16X16X2 WITH PATCH BAY. MASTER SECTION, TWO CHANNEL STRIPS, AND POWER SUPPLY HAVE BEEN MODIFIED BY JIM WILLIAMS OF AUDIO UPGRADES.
EXTRAS: I'M INCLUDING 6 CUSTOM MOGAMI EDAC CABLES. TWO FOR TAPE SEND/RETURNS FOR 16 CHANNELS TERMINATED WITH 1/4" BALANCED. THE OTHERS ARE FOR TIE LINES. TWO ARE BARE WIRE AND CAN BE TERMINATED TO YOUR LIKING, ONE IS ALL FEMALE XLR (16), AND ONE IS ROUGHLY HALF MALE HALE FEMALE XLR'S WITH FOUR BEING BARE WIRE.
MODIFICATIONS: MASTER SECTION, TWO CHANNEL STRIPS, AND POWER SUPPLY HAVE BEEN MODIFIED BY JIM WILLIAMS OF AUDIO UPGRADES.
HISTORY: I HAVE USED THE CONSOLE DAILY FOR OVER A YEAR. IT SOUNDS VERY GOOD AND WORKS VERY WELL BOTH FOR TRACKING AND MIXING.
COMMENTS: ONLY ISSUE I'VE NOTICED IS THE EQ ON CHANNEL 5 DOESN'T SOUND QUITE RIGHT. IT COULD BE A MATTER OF JUST SOME CONTACT CLEANER BUT I'M NOT SURE. MY PLAN WAS TO HAVE IT MODDED NEXT SO IT WOULD BE A NON ISSUE IF ONE WAS GOING TO CONTINUE MODDING THE REST OF THE CONSOLE. I GOTTA SAY, I WOULD. THE STOCK CHANNELS SOUND VERY GOOD BUT THE MODDED ONES SOUND OUT OF THIS WORLD.
