THIS MACHINE WAS A MIXDOWN DECK FROM A STUDIO WE USED TO WORK WITH. THEY WENT OUT OF BUSINESS A FEW YEARS AGO, AND WE BOUGHT ALL THEIR GEAR.
THIS UNIT IS IN GREAT SHAPE; NEVER RE-LAPPED, 2900 HEAD HOURS ON IT, COSMETICLY EXCELLENT, FUNCTIONALLY EXCELLENT, SONICALLY GREAT!
COMES WITH REMOTE AND DOLBY NR (TYPE A OR SR) THE DOLBY UNITS ARE SEPERATE RACK MODULES.
THIS IS A 1/2" 2 TRACH MASTER MACHINE. THE HEADS WERE RECENTLY SENT IN FOR SERVIE AND THE HEADS WERE NOT RELAPPED BUT I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY HAVE AT LEAST HALF OF THEIR LIFE LEFT. I DO HAVE A DETAILED REPORT AVAILABLE. WE'RE SELLING IT BECAUSE WE HAVE AN AMPEX NOW AND DON'T NEED THIS ONE.
